2021-22 J. Bradley Wilson Schweitzer Fellows Sylvette Ramos-Diaz and Arlet Montes Sánchez are featured in the inaugural issue of the Journal of the Hispanic Dental Association (JDHA) which spotlights their Schweitzer project, H.O.P.E. – Hispanic Oral Health Prevention and Education. The article, “BRINGING H.O.P.E. TO OUR HISPANIC AND VULNERABLE COMMUNITIES IN NORTH CAROLINA: A COMMUNITY DENTAL PROGRAM LED BY TWO HISPANIC DENTAL STUDENTS,” appears on pages 37 – 42 in both English and Spanish and the Fellows are the only dental students featured.
